Team building activities | Stay youthful, base yourself on being "summer", and create the future together

On June 28, the R&D Center organized a cultural wall team-building activity of "In the Youth, Standing in the Summer, and Creating the Future Together". Work is not just about working hard and frowning, but also about stopping to think, relax, and rekindle your passion for work. Through this activity, on the one hand, the company's concept of contributor-oriented, honest and simple, open and innovative, pragmatic and enterprising is demonstrated, and on the other hand, the spirit of solidarity and cooperation in R&D is brought into play, and the concept of unity and progress is established.

01 Activity Silhouette

By playing rock-paper-scissors to form teams, everyone quickly formed four teams. After each team sent a representative to receive supplies, they began to make plans and deploy troops for the team's mission within a limited time.

02 Activity Highlights

Through the process of everyone working together, colleagues who were not very familiar with each other at the beginning gradually became active and worked towards a goal together. The level of tacit understanding also increased rapidly. Everyone had a clear division of labor, and the logic and organization of completing the task became clearer.

As the saying goes: One person is not strong, no matter how strong he is, he is still a sheep; a strong team is strong, and unity is better than wolves. Although the task is arduous and difficult, many details require everyone's carefulness and cooperation, and the outdoor temperature is very high, reaching 36 degrees, but every R&D person is very serious and careful, and the teammate cooperates with each other.

03 Activity Summary

Looking back on this team-building activity, I sincerely sigh that the power of the team is beyond imagination! Not only did we gain a lot of happiness and joy, but we also made the office area more comfortable. It was indeed a day full of passion!

This activity has enhanced the team cohesion and improved the awareness and ability of teamwork. I hope that everyone in the R&D center will have stories along the way when they look back, firm steps when they look down, and clear distance when they look up.
